soo many options to think about , my mind is just soo overwhelded which soo many choises , it is soo hard to decide whixh way to go

i know we dont have to decide today but with my husband with bipolar 2 and other diagnosis can not cope with everything happening at the moment and he can not cope with the unknown

and with my frail mum makes it harder xxx

finding it hard to be eveywhere for everyone in my family

and have the results of my tests on tuesday too

soo much my @MDT , my mr shaz can not cope with the unknown xxxxx
