Not sure about your hospital, but here when my mum went to hospital, she can stay there for 60 days before making a decision

The doctor was thinking about having mum is care all the time

Butt "myaged care " got her ready to go back home after 7 weeks

It is the same nationwide as My Aged Care is a federal initiative. There may we be an in home assessment along the way @Shaz51 . Whatever the outcome it is quite clear that she is not coping with the help she presently gets. Sadly I am not in a position to be able to go up and care for her.

Mum's name is down for care

I think next time mum goes into hospital, the doctor will say it is time to have her in care

But might have to ring my endocrinologist about my night time readings

Meds might need adjusting

Can't take too high of diabetes meds as it is no good for the kidney
