@Kurra Yes... it [humour] kind of breaks through the bad stuff and inserts itself as an internal distraction. Which then often allows me to break in and have stern words with my mind to order it to refocus. Don't like it when my mind decides it has a mind of its own. It needs a good snap into reality check mode. 😛 yes that's probably rambling but if you use it too then I'm hoping you get what I'm meaning 🙂
