Hi @Former-Member no, got there around 12, was about 500ks was enough for me today. Drive was okay.
Hassles with the job on every possible level atm.. don't know pay rates., told the job is laboring only, if knew that would not have gone. Plus have more work on thurs, so have to be back in time for that.
'They' decided in their wisdom that somehow as I had to leave a day before others, that I must do day shift so they can get an extra shift out of me. Then getting chased around and rudeness from big boss on site who stuffed the whole job up last week, so is taking it out on everyone else. Comes up at smoko ..'what are you doing here? how long have you been here? what a piece of ***t..
..anyway told them main worry besides not being told by hire company type of work or pay rates was that wasnt exactly sure when next job started .'well why didnt you confirm' .. well, I said, I was contacted at 5pm Friday afternoon, bit hard to then. Oh of course you could have.. what utter blind pigheadness ..
then young guy started sniping, second guessing what I was trying to do in spite of him doing everything he could to stuff me up, expecting me to break safety rules etc ..
..well .. 3 and probably a bit shifts left, can;t get out of here quick enough. Will be very wary of company that sent me there, I did them a favor, going to a job at no notice and they were sneaky and tried to pull the wool over my eyes..well they did.
Gotta laugh ..hope it ends soon, prob will get worse dont care, over it lol
going to try and find about a gallon of water, forget about the lies and attitude etc lol, should eat, washing on re short notice bla bla ..bla ..well that last bit made me smile ...

just telling self to ask way more questions before taking another job, and get career change happening. I have little interest left in my trade let alone shovelling dirt ..at 54 .. silly boy .. could be sitting home, taking it easy, not really sure why I answered the phone last night.. oh well .. ..sorry for whinging ..

hmm yeah just letting people 'get' to me, whilst kicking myself with hypotheticals lol .Least I know what am doing for rest of job haha, ..anyhoo .. yeah, can't afford that luxury re any study that's not going to improve my lot in life, well it's all money these days, done my 'study for enjoyment' thing lol .. @Kurra ..may go and get washing out and fall into bed lol.. kept asking who was on days on nights, the crew is being split .. people just stared blankly, anyway, their problem. I've been singled out for days for some reason, trying to punish me for telling them I could not take the job unless left a day early to go to another one, well with another company haha. well they agreed, not my problem lol ..will be taking it easy tomorrow ..38 deg yay

er think posted something the other night, ok day on that 'ask anything' thread about trying training, well have quals could train people in just need cert IV, could do uni related stuff maybe , language and literacy etc perhaps, or just training people to operate cherry pickers or weld or drive trucks or sling loads, or drive a forklift lol, or lecture at trade school ok am losing it now, may take a few painkillers before have to stop them as will be drug test as soon as get off plane at next site on thurs lol .. listening to silly movie,, back, now legs starting to sieze up, went to check on washing, stared at machine ..what's wrong with it .. I didn't turn the blooody thing on its that sort of day, ..been surreal .. lol wish could make this icon rotate haha
