@Former-Member no running re stairs here, legs just shredded atm tho been doing couple storeys couple times a day, sometimes up to 7 times 4 storeys, sometimes carrying heavy stuff ..anyhoo .. sure you can still do stairs at the beach

lol ..yeah, work is a bit different ..few less additives maybe lol but lost count of night shifts in 4-7 day bursts did in last year .. prob best to assume the best re kids cared for or just not dwell on it dunno..

..possibly @Former-Member re nightshift, but nights at work can have it's own energy if that makes sense .. I like roaming around in the dark .. well at work lol .. time just seems different .. legs only noticed after sat down for a bit after got home. Prob needed a weeks rest after last week. Will be fine

No dwelling, just wonder sometimes. You become quite attached to them, after seeing them every day. Become their pretend mum/dad.
I better go and do some pilates etc, getting a bit late here.

..I love it @Former-Member ..have memories of walking around big moonlit area with trees and lawn, sorta like a golf course under a full moon ..used to be scared of the dark as a child, used to be scared of the sea, well when over depth and stinky seaweed etc .. used to be scared of heights .. its exposure I guess .. bit like Life maybe

I remember running through a grave yard at night, lol. @TAB When young, of course. But we won't talk about that when it is sleep time. Too creepy. 
I can't find my phone, feel lost without it. I hope I find it tomorrow.
I actually bumped into one of the kids (when she was an adult) I used to look after in the chilrens home. She was in her 20's. That was amazing, because I don't live in the same place anymore. It was lovely to see her, she had 4 little kids.
