Hi @pip. ❤ I used to get terrible hayfever from flower farm we used to live near. Not so much where we are living now, thank goodness. When removing carpets I became very ill. Hubby had to do most of it while I stayed outdoors. Amazing how dirty it was under the old carpet. So glad they're gone.
How's everything going with you, your bf and daughter? Haven't chatted for a while. Been wondering. I had a break from here last week.

it will take a while as I can`t take strong medication because of the kidney

Yep Blood tests to be done next monday , everything you can think of and then the specialist appoinment

I am coping, my anxiety is so high and i am shaking so badly, just trying to put one foot in front of the other and be gentle with myself.

Do you think their might be an underlying reason for your anxiety

When my anxiety was severe their was combination of factors, and hopefully you take the necessary steps to help reduce your anxiety levels. The factors underlying mine - stress, cortisol levels elevated, low hormones, liver infection - I think these were the major factors.
