well, besides bad diet etc, was getting abdominal pain like never before @Former-Member after first lot of results and thinking back, think it was after effect of tooth anti biotics that may have tipped things over, plus state of mind, well it was playing on me that it was reaally not good. Funny, went into dr's prepared for the worst, while waiting told self was really not feeling good, it seemed to evaporate after being told it wasnt as bad as thought. ..stupid brain..
Hope your mission today got you somewhere even if no purchase today. Hate buying clothes, usually end up settling

Well done! @Former-Member re swim ..I have developed a huge block about pool, think its got barbed wire electric fence around, cannot get self to go anymore, used to go semi regularly and really liked how it felt afterwards

well, also did a course of antibiotics and then they packed tooth with them ready for round 2 of dental, so that probably didnt help state of things @Former-Member ..yeah,,joy .. well there can be joy in everything I guess ..
and no obs re replies, I do worry that you are often busy and I take up way too much of your time sometimes..
