, I'm bad enough on my own shopping, prob not a bad idea to pick times and tell self to relax a bit, well re me anyway. Yeah belt getting a bit tight here, got to start walking again. 'Frenemy' has calmed down a bit after paying him a bit more attention. Well I was pretty much convinced I was seriously ill the other day, so wasn't in mood to see anyone. The first lot of tests say problems are managable though. He wants a gym buddy now, can't see any harm there
