The Beer Garden

The Beer Garden

i encourage you all to join me for some casual drinking, social lubrication and light laughter right here in the beer garden.

Oh and before anyone gets up in arms about alcohol and its dangers the main beer on tap is VB or virtual beer

beer is the third most commonly consumed drink in the world behind water and tea

why not share the worlds joy with friends

Re: The Beer Garden

It takes discipline to be healthy, that's for sure @TAB 😯 Discipline is not my favourite word. What keeps me strong is having my daughter. It wasn't fair on her, she was very worried.
Not easy at social outings, not that I go often. When I do, I have emergency anti anxiety meds, lol. Too hard otherwise.
Parties on here are good, lol. I can be sober and not feel left out.

I would never have thought you could have a party on internet, but we did. 😂

Oh, mastitis @Former-Member 😯😮 ouch! Glad you're on the mend.
Yes ADD and addictions 😯😮

I am careful now. I have my girl I need to think of. 💕

Off to doctor soon.

Re: The Beer Garden

Most true @Former-Member...kids became my saving grace.
Under stress & actually only thought about it all last night, was in throws of bad relationship but I became thin...really too thin.
The guys I used to work with tried telling g me, but I didn't listen.
Then I fell pregnant & was so sick, food was all that helped.
After this I had to nourish my body to care for my son. I Learnt to re-care about myself to give my all to this child.
My children are my teachers at times. 💜
Good luck with doctors too. 😘

Glad you're looking after yourself @Former-Member
I hate to think what I've done to myself in the past. 😮
Yes, I think our kids keep us going on the track. I would have given up ages ago. It's been really hard.
I better get ready. 💜👍🌷🌻🌼

Rest is good @TAB
Lol oh dear, yes your a whack a.
No doubt I'm thinking bad. Your a bad boy.
Mothers finger pointing at YOU!!! Lol

I think habits that become comfort zones are hard to break....once you tweak parts of its cycle. Other parts get easier.
For you I think gently, slowly
I believe your capable of finding the newer version of you. 😊
🍵 cup of tea time..

Re: The Beer Garden

It was definitely the meds that caused the cravings this time @Former-Member
I've never had cravings like that before. And cravings stopped when I stopped the meds (Repeating myself 😂)
But, yes, cravings and ADD are common.

I'm still rushing 😯😁 Shower done.

Chat later. 😊
