The journey has begun. Today I joined a gym and bought some clothes to train in. I want to slim down and prevent the risk of type 2 diabetes. I thought I’d start a thread for my journey and start posting about the journey. Hopefully it will see an improvement in my mental health too due to all those feel good chemicals.
So, this is Day 1... I’m nervous but excited at the same time.

@Appleblossom Hey Appleblossom my weight goes all to my butt and breasts (so my boobs are huge atm ..... I hate having big boobs :() BUT on a good note when I lose weight my boobs go first and then my waist and butt :). When I was walking the other day with support worker this scurvy workman was saying all these obscene things in front of his work mates (of course). I thought come on I am 55 ..... imagine if I was someone kids grandmother
