Living and loving someone with MI presents relationship challenges and often others cannot see why we chose to stay with our partners.

we went to the city today which is 60kms away
mr shaz got a picture done on a canvas which will be ready in 2 days
I brought new black jeans
we had breakfast at maccas
brought some DVDS today , watching them this afternoon
went to visit mum for afternoon tea
talked to my cousin about my mum
for dinner we are having leftover pizza I cooked last night xoxo

My hubby is into exercise and healthy foods ...... which ought to be a good thing, only he has gone somewhere into the stratosphere with it all, and from some time ago. If someone could tweak his understanding of balance 🥺 I think he will always need an exercise outlet, and food boundaries, to be able to cope.
