Hi Everyone , am quitting smoking after doing it for 16 years the last time. A good day was a packet, a bad day on the drink, well double that. I have some old patches and lozenges. What could go wrong? ok to my advantage Im off work so can hide myself away physically to get thru first bit.

funny thing is that chest feels worst ever recently and actually started dreaming about smoking ok most of the time dont think about it and wont do it again, just interesting how after first month or so would feel crap every couple weeks, body recovering I guess and seems to be going through another stage now @Shaz51
