Christmas Loungeroom

For all those who are both celebrating and avoiding Christmas this year the Chistmas Loungeroom is a place for us all to hang out. It is especially for those who will be alone throughout this Christmas period and as a place to come together and enjoy the company of others in what can be a difficult time for many.

Feel free to post your stories, images, grievances, etc. of this period and to leave messages for other members to help each other get through this time of year.

Christmas day can be extra hard for some so this is a place for us all to get together on the day and share it with other members.

@TAB Good morning TABs and big thank you re answer on study. I received my ba in philosophy and politics about 9 years ago now which I really enjoyed. Uni like you said was a great experience and I did 99% face to face with the remainder online with a credit average which I was really happy with with one HD.

Volcanology really interests me but I think that would require a good deal of mathematics of which I have great problems with. Maybe psychology but that requires alot of group work which I am not good with ..... I will have to do more home work.

Ok @Bunniekins I did maths course from basics to year 12 1&2 equiv over 2 semesters lots science students did it because then they were allowed to use that as maths component for biology eg
Maybe there's ways around it like that?
I got HDs for it ,tried real first year maths year after barely passed lol then got rid of science fantasies stayed with history and German lol

Christmas can be a really happy time but it can also be a very testing time. I know for myself it can bring up lots of feelings, especially when we lose supports around xmas time. Here are some reminders to put ourselves first
