I just need to share this: for the first time in so very long, today I actually feel happy. Nothing particularly exciting happened - in fact something unpleasant occurred. It hasn't taken my pleasure away. I had a picnic lunch with another mother and our children. We sat in the sun, on some grass near a playground. We initially sat somewhere else, and were moved on for being inadvertently on "private" land, but it didn't upset me. It was a simple, enjoyable time. And I feel happy. I think I'd forgotten how that feels. I feel light. This is wonderful. Wow!
My main source of HAPPINESS has come from being able to know who loves & honours me & whom I can always Trust to be there & visa versa . Feelings are like the weather, they change, people come & go from our lives this is how it is & always will be. The simplest things in life can be the greatest Source of HAPPINESS! Like looking at the person you know loves you. & smiling 🙂 This to me is pure HAPPINESS in my heart! Happiness is free & of Freewill HAPPINESS is as easy as breathing! HAPPINESS is just belonging & the JOY it brings to know that fact . HAPPINESS is a feeling of a safe place in the heart of a friend! HAPPINESS is individual to each person! HAPPINESS has not right nor wrongs! HAPPINESS just happens sometimes when you least expect it! HAPPINESS is forgiving & HAPPINESS is feeling forgiven! HAPPINESS is you & HAPPINESS is me! Love & HUGS HAPPINESS PEACE LOVE & pure JOY to all!

Hey @Former-Member and everyone This might make you smile just a little bit. Today at work i seen lots of baby animals. I seen a family of bunnies they were so cute! And they are already use to people while iwas fussing around they juat layed there contently in the shade.
I also seen a few baby cows that are maybea few days old. Late spring babies.
And i rescued a turtle. It was in the middle of our outback type of rd and seen him slowly getting across the rd so i pick him up and moved him to safety. He wasnt too happy about it lol
