No worries about taking time to reply. When I first began on the forum I was happy getting a reply a week later. There was not as much traffic ...
I can relate to running around for family.

I recently saw an article dissing workplace bullying and stating that it is no longer acceptable in 2018. True leadership skills are more important ...
It is sad and shows how much impact one badly behaved person can have in any situation. It does help when we can recognise they are hostile, minimise exposure and reduce negative impacts.
I am not very good at such things. In the past I got too confused in deciding whether I had to change, work harder, forgive them etc. My head was pretty done in by my mother.
I managed it by largely working on my own for 25 years, running small private studio. If they liked me, they paid and showed up each week. That helped my self esteem a lot.

At the moment I have found a larger volunteering "workplace" that has a good culture and it makes a huge difference.

Faith has a lot more tips at managing things socially than I. I am a bit aspie, with a social side, but not very good at it. In a way I "came out" for the first time in this forum and have learned heaps.

I noticed you are very supportive on here. I hope you stay.
