Walking group

I was talking with @Zoe7@Shaz51@Faith-and-Hope last night about walking. So we decided to set a mini goal and start walk.

Who would like to join us? 😊

I’ve decided to walk three times this week for 30 mins.

It’s so great to see so many walk. It’s a great exercise snd you can do it st your own pace 😊

@TAB Hey TAB did 1 1/2 hours today so am feeling pretty pooped but good at the same time. Hoping the weather man has got for forecast wrong and it will be sunny all week. Hope you are well and enjoying the cooler weather you end. peax
