well i tried to come of my meds and i hit rock bottom while trying to study for an exam. i dont think im going to pass. i had a major breakdown yesterday. i started to take all my meds last night.
im just sick and tired of being tired while on the meds. i just want to come off of them. i hate them.
im really not doing to well ATM.
i felll really SI. i just didnt want to be here. i try so hard with everything and i just get nowhere

as my husband feels the same , he has tried to stop but after a couple of days i tell him please go back on the meds

Hi @lolliepop, studying while living with a mental health issue is no easy feat. I am doing the same myself. To battle your own mind everyday and then be forced to concentrate for hours on end while you study can be another battle entirely. Just try your best, I am sure nobody can put unrealistic expectations upon you (including you putting these expectations upon yourself and becoming your own worst enemy). Be kind to yourself as much as you can. I know some people reading that last statement will think I should practice what I preach, I am still learning to be kind to myself too. The great thing about this community is that we can all learn together and hopefully grow as people.

I care about you Lolliepop, you need to relax & give your mind a rest, something to distract you from the thoughts to SI if possible, somehow?
