I screwed up
Can't find my other post I posted a while ago so I'm sorry to start a new one... My self harm free streak is gone I screwed up and self harmed.

just start at one place @bean, until you get your feet , we have all started like you

Hey @bean, I'm sorry to read that things have been tough of recent times. Try to remember the road to recovery is not in a straight line, it has many ups and downs and curves along the way. Try to look at this relapse of self harm as a blip along this road to recovery and not to let it define you as a person. Remember, you're amongst people who really understand here on the forums. Be kind to yourself. x
