I screwed up
Can't find my other post I posted a while ago so I'm sorry to start a new one... My self harm free streak is gone I screwed up and self harmed.
Things just feel too hard so overwhelming and I have no one

@bean Oh bean .... I cannot count the amount of times that I have stuffed up both in rl and here on the forums. We are a very forgiving bunch here on the boards 🙂 I know that first hand as I have been awful at times ..... you will never be alone here or judged either for that matter. gp

Well done on your 3 week streak. I totally get how hard it is. Before I broke my streak it was constantly in my thoughts and I stupidly thought that if I gave in it would ease, but now I'm in the grips of the addiction of release
