I thought it was a good title to start a discussion with other members. I am feeling really irriratable of late. I am worried my depression is on its way back. I have to look at ways at managing and expressing my feelings. Its so hard to get the words out and to express what is happening for me.

I'm booked in for major surgery next wk- gastric sleeve. I am unsure because of the chronic side effects from surgery. However, I did ring and cancel late Friday afternoon. I know I can still go ahead if I want to. I am just carrying a bit a weight and I am hoping the surgery will help me, I know its not the solution but its a helping hand for me. @Shaz51
