Cold turkey
Decided to go off my meds.
Lots of reasons. I know it's not wise, but it's what I have decided is right for me.
How do I cope with the side effects of no meds and how long will it last?

Cant take the feelings away. A lot depends on how much and what type of meds you have been. I am a believer in doing it gradually.
Wishing life was better, but can you counteract your self talk. I was trapped in bad self concept for a long time. Part of it is habit and it can be changed.

The thing is it's not self talk that is my problem. It's reality. I am a shit, worthless failure of a human being.
I try so hard not to be and just fail again and again.
I can't even end my pain I'm such a failure.
I just want to stay in bed forever. I can't do any harm to the world that way can I?

I fail at everything I do.
I fail at work and maintaining employment.
I fail at uni.
I fail at having relationships.

I'm tired of being a failure. Looked down on by everyone. Being scum.

Was about to self harm and my cat just came and sat on me.

She's a super cute cat.
She doesn't approve of me hurting myself. She gets a bit distressed by it. But I strongly suspect she just wanted pats right now.
