I don't see the point in living anymore. I can't.
I've called helplines but tonight it's just not helped.
I've spent way too much time in hospital over the years and nothings ever helped.

Good @The-red-centaur, I think you really need the support.
Fibd everything that is coloured blue around you ..... then choose another colour ...... it will give your mind something else to concentrate on to get you home.

@The-red-centaur I have been checking in here with you for some time now and have seen you get through times like this before - that shows me you have more strength within you than you believe you have - it may not feel like it right now but we can see it within you. You are just going through a really tough time right now and that totally sucks but you can get through this and we are here sitting with you
