I don't see the point in living anymore. I can't.
I've called helplines but tonight it's just not helped.
I've spent way too much time in hospital over the years and nothings ever helped.

It sounds like you’re not considered safe to be at home yet @The-red-centaur . That means it’s important for you to be receiving a higher level of care and support. It might be sucky, but it’s nexessary to keep you safe.

Im sorry I cant answer your question about why you have a good life yet you feel so much pain right now that your brain would say something so terrible. But I am hopeing that given your level of pain that you are still in ED/Hospital?
Or that you are reaching out to the crisis services again?

Sometimes it can become a cognitive habit, like a loop that goes round and round. In the end that is the way I have managed and detached from those kind of thoughts.
