I don't see the point in living anymore. I can't.
I've called helplines but tonight it's just not helped.
I've spent way too much time in hospital over the years and nothings ever helped.

Hope you have a bed and are settled in @The-red-centaur You are where you need to be right now as you have said you would not be safe elsewhere - hope you are getting the help you deserve

I'm sorry to read that things have been tough for you these few days. It can be hard to ride this wave of unease. Please take care of yourself.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to ride this wave? Or strategies that have worked for you?
