I don't see the point in living anymore. I can't.
I've called helplines but tonight it's just not helped.
I've spent way too much time in hospital over the years and nothings ever helped.

@The-red-centaur Some doctors are totally out of touch when it comes to mi patients and as for the system don't get me started. I want to stay out of the public health system it sucks. I am very lucky and have found a really good psych and mental health nurse to take care of me. Like I said very lucky as I would be lost without them. I would be in big trouble without them.... big trouble.
