I am- Overwhelmed & Traumatised I need your support!!

I have realised why I am like I am, I have had one traumatic life changing experience after another in my life. I looked in the mirror & went into shock as I didn't recognize myself. I have been running on near empty now for many years. The whole experience which led up to the Major life saving Spinal Surgery, which I had 15 month ago, has drained & frightened me so much that I am concerned about everything now. My family & any friends I ever had are distant, & have no sincere care or understanding for me, they do not care. I am all alone & not knowing what to do about anything, the nitmares, anxiety attackes, & feelings of not coping, can be crippling? Can you understand & relate to what I have shared, & would you like to help in some way, by sharing anything that I can use too, that will help?

No reflux is still there unfortunately but im getting tired. Ive been up for almost 24hrs and done quite abit of physical work so going abit stiff here @Former-Member so may need to log off soon
And im glad youve sounded the horn without dalling off anything!

Oh yes my poor fur babies I had one trying to have cuddles just when all this started he may be hidding some where now as he is missing!!! hahah @outlander

Will you be ok like you are? please have some thing bubbly if you can to bring up that reflux. I wish I could give you my tablets but that would be impossible get you GP to write you a script asap quick eze are not that good but easy to buy, or Mylanta maybe. I had lots of unexpect fun with you I need it & I hope you did too?

You try & get some sleep ok I will be thinking of you like I always do! LOVE YOU HEAPS!!
