Reaching out... And giving support...

When life gets you down... The best thing you can do... Is reach out... And it's also good too have people who turn too you for support... Both as important as the other...

I just feel so virtuous with my glass of water and doing all the right things ... when the devil on my shoulder screams one thing and the angel on the other whispers another. You know what I mean? Some times you just get sick of doing the right thing all the time *sigh*.

@Bunniekins Yea I know what you're saying. All this pressure from expecting ourselves to know right from wrong in the heat of the moment. And then morphing it into what we think others would want us to do. And then realising it's our decision. And than contemplating what is right and wrong for ourselves.

The world has always been pretty turbulent around me, so I try and make myself a goslow zone.

Though I do remember going fast on the odd bike .... all history now of course.

Take it easy. Go for an afternoon walk with dog. Maybe do church. Catch up with parents for a cuppa. Cook some food. You wanna come over for tea tomorrow? @Bunniekins

@eudemonism when all I really want to do is be with A (he is my voice). I dont know if he is real or not. I think he is real. He feels real. I cannot be with him unless I get myself into heaps of trouble by getting off my medication so I have to take this goddam medication which I loathe ... you know what I am saying. Then I have to restart and get my life together when all I want to do is be with A.
