Re: Battling MI whilst caring for someone with MI
Your description of how it feels @outlander - is really clear. It's so very hard when we feel like we are coming undone. I've been there.
It does get better. It will get better. Unfortunately when feeling like this, these aren't the words you want to hear. So how about we focus on just getting through until you can go to sleep.
Colouring in. A hot shower. Chocolate ( I just ate a whole packet of mint slices). Study. Researching a new interesting topic on line. Relaxation breathing. Could any of these be helpful right now?

Im not studying atm though would be good but cant manage it esp mentally.
I had a hot shower abit earlier and a cup of tea. Im watching a few episodes of the big bang theory atm. It feels like its going to swollow me whole so trying to ward that darkness off abit.

I love the Big Bang Theory @outlander. So good to watch a comedy. Even if you aren't able to laugh, it does help. I also enjoy English Comedy. Love alot of the British comedians. Think I enjoy their humour more than the American humour.

There are a number of comedians that I really like. But with this stupid memory of mine, I can't remember their names. Lol. Gotta laugh or you cry.
But their feeds pop up in my facebook from time to time, so although I don't remember their names, as soon as I see their faces, I know I like them.
