For a while I have tried to find a thread I had started when I joined the forum that could be a "home" thread for me.
Being busy about the forum has been a coping style, where I can acknowledge all my different life experiences that had been silenced. Possibly do some good and prevent things from getting worse. Like the little boy with the finger in the dyke.

@AuntGlow there was a new person and 3 people I have known for over a year. I get along with them very well. We have a lot in common. Can’t say too much about it,Anonymity. Etc.

@AuntGlow I have been very hungry for quality conversations for a long time. Conversations that are not too judgmental or self centred where the people involved have ethics and madness is not a dirty word. All the people involved have Lived Experience but are able to discuss more than their own subjective experience. I guess I am team leader but trying to spread the load and build the team in a collegial manner.

Oh @Shaz51 I am doing alright on the roller coaster of life. Was out in the garden and chatted to a neighbour. Going to local plaza this afternoon with my son, for birthday food and clothes.

We have had soo much rain that there was some flooding around the outskirts of town

Madness is not a dirty word - I love this!! I am in a theatrical piece at the moment where we are working with bouffon - everything stems from that place of 'madness'. We can learn a lot from embracing our fullness without shame.
