For a while I have tried to find a thread I had started when I joined the forum that could be a "home" thread for me.
Being busy about the forum has been a coping style, where I can acknowledge all my different life experiences that had been silenced. Possibly do some good and prevent things from getting worse. Like the little boy with the finger in the dyke.

as you can see my unit is about the cleanest it will be in 20 years.
There's much relief in that I'v got my gall bladder operation booked in thanks to a wonderful surgeon I accidentally saw last week.
Still in love with @Emelia8 Hannah.

However at the ripe age of 57 my life won't be in public housing forever
But living here is glorious.

The thing with my place is that whenever I have something, the kids play with it and just dump it on my counter or on the floor. Then i pick it up and put it on the table. @PeppyPatti I don't stay home much so I don't really tidy it. Then once in a while, I do a tornado tidy, rip through and clean everything 🙂
And yes, I love the painting!

Awww @Emelia8 . Hannah looks so much like my Ruby. Does she run away? Ruby is 11 months old. She always runs away. I don't know how to train her to be off leash and be 'normal'.
She's getting better, but still does puppy things...

I don't want to upset you or bother you but if you can - are you able to read ? Iv just finished this first book by Raynor Winn.
It's a heart loving true story of a husband and wife in the year 2013 and what they both did after getting some news. I relayed to it - the novel is not high brow - it's simply written.
Do you think you would be interested in reading it ? It's definately a good read if you are interested.
