For a while I have tried to find a thread I had started when I joined the forum that could be a "home" thread for me.
Being busy about the forum has been a coping style, where I can acknowledge all my different life experiences that had been silenced. Possibly do some good and prevent things from getting worse. Like the little boy with the finger in the dyke.

Feeling Fragile today
it’s a feeling that seems to come around a lot but at least in the last few years it hasn’t been the only feeling.
I used to swim a lot and love it as a metaphor… yep … how many strokes folks? How many laps? Can we surf down a long slow wave?
Just saying hello from the vulnerable side of me.
Maybe I am glad it will always be part and parcel of me. Maybe accepting it is key.

You said it @Appleblossom …… it’s in the feeling of the feels that we are vulnerable, and fragile at times, but that’s the humanity of it. So much better to be a person of feelings methinks, having met plenty who are not on that landscape at all, it would seem.
