Today's lesson: Sometimes we must cut loose the things that hold us back so that we can progress forward in life in a good direction that is both healthy for us and conducive to improvement. Although it will initially seem daunting, scary or anxiety-inducing it is probably one of the most liberating things we can do. I've found that in the past week some news has really thrown my balance off and I'm now rebalancing myself.
"When people realise how bad it is they cannot do anything to stop it because they go crazy. There are some people who never realise" - Ernest Hemingway, A Farewell To Arms
I think we've all got that in common on here. We realise how bad it is to have MI but we can't do anything to stop it. We may go crazy in the process but then there are those that never realise. Maybe they are the crazy ones?
