Making order out of chaos

hey forum

I think this a thread that I want to make because it is inspired by a book I'm reading at the moment

I think there is a lot of chaos in our lives due to mental illness so I think making a forum on things that work for us would be a good idea

I will start with an example from self care:

When I feel overwhelmed and worried and concerned about myself and my life I always must remember that I am better than where I ever was about 7 months ago

It is circumstances partly @Appleblossom I agree. I'm not sure of who E Tolle is.

@MDT, our adult MI daughter has her emergency room crisis times. Often she prefers to get herself there, and we only find out when she needs a lift home (she lives in a unit with her brother) but other times myself or my Hubby/her Dad have accompanied her.

She's been fairly OK for the last two weeks, but had a really bad week before that, so it's something that's currently fresh in my mind.
