This is my special space and for now i will only talk here while i make myself feel safe.

For those tagged, it is because I connected with you on my previous profile. It is still going through the phase of being permenantly deactivated.

If you realise who I am or even if you dont, please do not mention my previous name for the sake of my sense of safety.

I am not up to talking about the specifics of my reason for changing but the basics are I felt I was in danger.

Anyway I will be sticking to just this thread till I feel okay to re-engage in others.

That does make it easier sometimes. I can talk more to people about things when I can't see them to. It is easier to write things down here for others to read - a bit like you do in your journal @Former-Member Have you any idea what you are going to do for the rest of today?

That's literally only because she can't see you in person she can be quite rude and disrespectful, but I'm glad that she is communicating with someone.

It sucks that you are not doing so well - are you still taking your meds Hon?

I am tired today and being very lazy but I need to go out to my GP appointment and chemist pickup this afternoon so I will have to start getting more motivated soon

Yeah that's true @Zoe7, still taking my meds, takes about 2 weeks for me to stabilise after starting my meds.

I'll be back on later I got stuff I need to do to @Zoe7, hope drs and chemist all go well
