BabyDragon's Den

Hello, @Bunniekins, @Former-Member, @Snowie, @Former-Member, @Former-Member, @Faith-and-Hope, @Zoe7, @Former-Member, @OhanaSystem, @Jojo2, @Former-Member, @soul, @Appleblossom, @Shaz51, @outlander, @Former-Member, @Mazarita, @eth, @CheerBear, @Adge, @MDT, @Sophia1, @Silenus, @eudemonism, @TAB, @KobeCat and anyone else who pops by.

This is my special space and for now i will only talk here while i make myself feel safe.

For those tagged, it is because I connected with you on my previous profile. It is still going through the phase of being permenantly deactivated.

If you realise who I am or even if you dont, please do not mention my previous name for the sake of my sense of safety.

I am not up to talking about the specifics of my reason for changing but the basics are I felt I was in danger.

Anyway I will be sticking to just this thread till I feel okay to re-engage in others.

Re: BabyDragon's Den

Hi @Former-Member .... 👋💕

Have you tried making a deal with her that you will happily let her out more if she promises not to sh ? Making deals is a good way to manage pre-teens and teens as a parent or sibling, and these relationships must feel a bit like parent (for the younger ones) and sibling (for the older ones) relationships, I would imagine .....

Re: BabyDragon's Den

@Zoe7, I started blocking her out because of sh which made her worse when she did come to the surface she even deliberately broke our arm once

@Faith-and-Hope, all of my distinct alters are children the eldest which is Casey is 8

Re: BabyDragon's Den

So if she was given more attention she may not sh or do the destructive things she has in the past @Former-Member - that is a hard one as there is still the potential for sh as well - tough Hon.

Re: BabyDragon's Den

Hi @Faith-and-Hope, ohhh it's too cold for the pool here.

Hello @Twinklelight welcome to my den. It is nice to meet you to.

My day started out ok but I decided to try and brave the local shopping centre mostly alone. Had a support person there too but they went to do stuff they needed.

Anyway I now wish I had stayed home.

I know it's silly to get triggered/upset over what others do and say.

There was a couple yelling and swearing at eachother and the police were there.

Then I walked past a person on the phone talking about cutting things up and putting it in a chest freezer under his house but the way it was said he could have been talking about anything.

And last I was knocked over by someone running from police and security.

Ended up having a panic attack.

But home now probs won't go out for a few days now

Why do people say to make decisions that you feel are best for you and your family and don't worry about what anybody else say but they are also the first to say are you sure you wanna do that it doesn't sound like the best idea maybe you should do this

Re: BabyDragon's Den

Head is swirling full of thoughts and they make me feel naught,

Everyone around me keeps saying you will be ok and that I'm over reacting its not that bad.

But are they right or do they just not understand.

For so long I have hid so much and controlled it on my own but now I get told to let people in to help, open up and let it out and that I don't have to do it on my own.

But is that really true when the ones who where suppose to be all that when I was little just neglected me and left me to not only do it all on my own but also to help my younger siblings so they have someone there.

I constantly feel like it is my responsibility to make sure they have what they need and to support them when they need it and to make sure our mother is still alive.

I know they are all adults and can take care of themselves but old habits die hard.

At the same time I battle with my health both physical and mental and I wish I had some help from my mother but I don't becusae for most of my life I have been taking care of her.

I have noticed lately that my stability is faltering and my ability to hide it is failing.

I want to have my family understand the pain that I live through each day but they won't because I have never told them suffer and to them I have always been so happy
