This is my special space and for now i will only talk here while i make myself feel safe.

For those tagged, it is because I connected with you on my previous profile. It is still going through the phase of being permenantly deactivated.

If you realise who I am or even if you dont, please do not mention my previous name for the sake of my sense of safety.

I am not up to talking about the specifics of my reason for changing but the basics are I felt I was in danger.

Anyway I will be sticking to just this thread till I feel okay to re-engage in others.

I was happy to see you all respond so quickly it is a good thing for me at the moment

At the moment I am waiting for the meds to properly take effect and it is annoying I have been taking them for a week and they are not yet doing what they are suppose to do but I have the side effects already.
At the moment I have been told to drop anything that adds to my stress and depression so I am not studying I am not looking for a job and my partner is dealing with centerlink on my behalf for the most part as I am going through a disability assessment unfortunately there are some things I have to be present for
I need to focus on selfcare activities and routine so I dont spiral out of control again

hello @Shaz51,

I am getting there just alot of adjustment its been along time since i was that low and back then i didnt have the support i have now and so it is different having people actually realise how bad i was and do something about it.

i have a safety plan and routine and new appointments, I just finding it difficult to have people focus on me when im used to taking care of everyone else.

I think you seem like a very giving person with a lot of love and care to give others, which is a beautiful quality. But I feel it’s okay to “take” too sometimes as we can’t run on empty (so to speak). You deserve support and care too ⭐️ Thinking of you.

the post here by name unknown is a letter i wrote to my mother. it gives a basic idea of what i went through growing up and still go through because of her. but ive always found it easier to focus on others instead of my self as others situations are not as complicated but every now and again everything just bubbles over and i cant deal probs y i got so many 'labels' in the psychiatric world
