Mindfulness and work

Mindfulness and work

I have recently decided to explore mindfulness to cope with the stress of doing supported employment. I have a great book and audio exercises that I listen to but don't participate with them yet. My mind is very busy and I stress about work. Deciding to help myself has been empowering. Does anyone have suggestions of good books or audio that are great mindfulness tools?

Hi @janedoe2,

It is super nice to "meet" you here in Forum Land.

Some of us have been looking at the idea of mindfulness here. The link will take you to the first page of the thread, and the first post has a table of contents that will take you to each of my ridiculously long posts on mindfulness.

I was also just looking at the Smiling Mind app, and I noticed that they have a work-specific mindfulness program. Are you familiar with Smiling Mind? It has heaps of cool free mindfulness exercises. https://www.smilingmind.com.au/
