I always feel like im i a nut shell ... fighting daily battles. Non stop. It never ends. I wish i could run away from it but i cant. Im so tired and worn out from life it self.
When will it ever end. I just cant see past it.

So felt quite down today. Had nothing planned. Just house work. The normal stuff with all my kids. When they left for school i just drop into a heap of pile and find it hard to get out of this hell that im in. My day are so hard atm. I dont know what to do with myself most of the time. I just get lost in my own little head with the alters to. Its so hard. @NameUnknown was it you that said you have alters to. Its scary. Sometimes i dont even know what im doing until after i have done it. Gthen its to late.

yes @Jojo2 i have alters. i have whats called distinctive dissociative identity disorder. there are three alters that are distinctively their own right down to they even have their own names. i blank out completly when one is in the fore. i've had kelly the longest been with me since i was 8 or 9 but casey is they one who scares me she SH and doesnt feel what she does but when i regain control i do feel it. but even when they arent out they are like a constant hum in my head.
@Pepsimax, the voices i hear are my alters so i suppose you could say it is the same thing

well another day gone and dustest. i have another big day today. not looking forwards to it at all. i know its going to be hard but i know i have just have to do it.
my right palm is ictchy. what does that mean. getting money or loosing money.
