I always feel like im i a nut shell ... fighting daily battles. Non stop. It never ends. I wish i could run away from it but i cant. Im so tired and worn out from life it self.
When will it ever end. I just cant see past it.

Hi @Jojo2 I spent some time today at an outside sculpture exhibition - it was great but really tiring. Hoping for a really early night tonight. Hope your day has been ok

I am not having anything tonight @Jojo2 - have been nibbling on dry biscuits all day - that is all I can stomach atm. Hopefully tomorrow the pain has completely subsided and I can eat properly again.
