Reaching out to others who are in a caring role. I look after my mother with multiple health issues, including depression and anxiety. I feel stuck. I can see the signs that the depression has reared its head but my mum doesn't see it. I really struggle when my mum's mental health suffers. I too battle with depression and anxiety. Emotionally, I am all over the place. Hoping there are some others out there who understand what I'm going through.

You can use them anytime. Ive got plenty more to share too @Bella1978 ❤ Thats good ahes gone to bed itll help ease you abit too Im okish. Staying away from my own thoughts as they are abit dangerous. Been talking to my buddies here and thats helped abit too.

I would probably not be living and thats the truth @Bella1978 heres gotten me through aome really bad times. Im safe enough for now. And yes i agree it helps to help others too. Hoping pain rief kicks in soon to help my hand. Sleep might come abit easier if it does.

No need to apologise @Bella1978 my hands not going anywhere. Id rather help anyway. Its ok looks like swelling has gone down a little bit but pain still bad. Yeh me too ive been here a yr now. Im glad you found here too it seems your benefiting too. How are you feeling now? Are you more settled?
