I can’t go anywhere without my daughter and that gives me anxiety itself at times @Zoe7 haven’t felt grounded for a few days

You have the power to stop pinishing yourself Hon - I know there are things you have done that youmare not proud of but you can't change them now - I also know you carry a lot from things done to you also - none of which is your fault and as hard as that is to believe when you are feeling flat it is the case @Former-Member

We are our harshest critics and our own worst enemy at times - give yourself a break Hon - you deserve a break!

Can you work your way around when she is at pre-school and plan a couple of things for yourself - even just a cuppa at a cafe @Former-Member - little things that get you out of the house...

Can’t change them but it’s always going to be there @Zoe7 and it controls me. So much time has gone by and I still can’t move on from it also scared of further bullying

Hi @Zoe7 I put a request to leave our lease early. Guess we will see what happens from here. Think I have done the right thing, just hope we can secure a rental after, bit stressy probably should have never renewed it just needed a roof over our head... and always think we are not going to get approved any where else

That is a big thing to do @Former-Member but I also know you have not been happy in your current place and was thinking of moving before the landlord asked you to extend your lease earlier this year. Sometimes we need to make big changes in our lives and this is definitely one for you. I hope you find a new place quickly and you can begin again in a different area - I also know you ave people where you currently live that you have had conflicts with - so a move is probably a really good idea to start fresh.
