@Former-Member It's pretty hard when I do eventually open up I remember what happened when I did prior then too a longgggg time ago. I was attacked!!! I am attacking everyone Hence my song the other day on a music thread.
I don't expect responses and I don't feel left left out I have made it this far on my own and hid what i have been through repetively at times. It does not matter what I do when I don't talk about it I am doing something wrong when I do talk about it I am doing something wrong again
What has been happening for you? Or is it just everything getting to you right now?

It is tough when it is everything that is getting to you - if you try to break it down into smaller chunks it is too hard to do @Former-Member I understand feeling like that - have been there many, many times myself and life just seems so overwhelming. I am planning on an early night tonight so my thoughts don't get out of control - it is not always that I can read the signs of when I am going downhill but I feel it tonight - thiink it's a combination of some big things happening this week and being tired today - hopefully some sleep will help!

We're improving how you access SANE services, starting with Forums
