@Former-Member It's pretty hard when I do eventually open up I remember what happened when I did prior then too a longgggg time ago. I was attacked!!! I am attacking everyone Hence my song the other day on a music thread.
I don't expect responses and I don't feel left left out I have made it this far on my own and hid what i have been through repetively at times. It does not matter what I do when I don't talk about it I am doing something wrong when I do talk about it I am doing something wrong again
I wish they taught more about the real issues in life that we all face.. Just me.. Education..health.. mental illness... Other factors in real life...

Re: My journey
Those are things that are taught more in high school @Former-Member. I think that we are having to teach more and more of those kind of things in the Primary school years and not letting the kids just be kids as much as they used to be able to be. The pressures on them also from a very young age I believe is a very high cause of issues they face later in life - that pressure to succeed at everything, that not getting everything right equates to failure - those are often pressures exerted on kids from outside sources but I know some teachers who see it this way also - no surprise...they are not my favourite people.

Re: My journey
@Former-Member have you tried magnesium suppliments for energy? You can buy it in dissolvable form if you struggle with tablets but put it in orange juice not water.
Im not doing so great but i am 'floating' just sitting with it all for now
