@Former-Member It's pretty hard when I do eventually open up
I remember what happened when I did prior then too a longgggg time ago. I was attacked!!! I am attacking everyone
Hence my song the other day on a music thread.

I don't expect responses and I don't feel left left out I have made it this far on my own and hid what i have been through repetively at times. It does not matter what I do when I don't talk about it I am doing something wrong when I do talk about it I am doing something wrong again

Have you got some strategies that help you when overwhelmed @Former-Member ?
Im not sure how old your daughter is but is she on school holidays atm?

I used to own a beauty salon, yeah I love my work but it has it moments, yeah she does. She acts s but motherly to the kids there's only four girls, rests are boys.
We don't have s backyard at this place but here's to hoping next house will have at least a court yard
I don't have s strategy with being overwhelmed just don't eat or sleep or both

Well you can't get rid of me that easily Hon - do you feel like the last couple of weeks has gotten on top of you a bit too - packing, work, arguments, paperwork ...it all adds up @Former-Member and sometimes we need to speak our mind so others will actually listen!
