CONTENTMENT

@Shaz51 Hey Shazzy darling, contentment is a hard one. Grew up in a mad house of mental parents and having MI myself, survival has always been the things. Grateful still alive at fifty. Not really looking forward to the future aging and alone.lol.

contentment, hmm, a tough one, contentment for me is knowing, i was abused and that time should not define who i am and trying to find peace in the small things since i can't work. the flowers in the spring, a light breeze blowing, rain on my face. sunshine on my skin. knowing i am damaged but i can still be loved, knowing im not perfect but to have friends who don't judge me. to know i am hurting but have some wonderful support when i need it most.

contentment for me is not wholistic, but small reminders i am still human and still feel.
