What if?

What if?

I want to create a space where we can use our imaginations...

there are so many of us on here who are so very creative in so many remarkable ways...

I also believe that we are all intelligent in differing aspects of thinking

we support and show compassion to one another

many of us feel different...as though we don't fit in....don't belong...

is this really because of society's way of treating us....stigma...I am not diminishing in any way people's struggles...they are very real...

we have humour...

or is it another phenomena

what if:::

we have travelled here from another zone

we are here to observe the medical profession...I love this one...

we communicate with each other....in the real world?

which is our virtual world?

So what if

willing to add some thoughts? anyone?

Sooohhhhh anyone who wants to put forward an idea....add the far side....who is bored...

What if

I am just adding a few names .....not excluding anyone...just struggling to remember...

@CheerBear @outlander @Zoe7 @NameUnknown @Former-Member @Former-Member @eth @Mazarita @Former-Member@Silenus @Faith-and-Hope @PeppiPatty @Appleblossom @Former-Member @soul @Determined

@eudemonism @Friendconnect

please if joining in add names I have left out...Out of respect I have not included at this time those who are particularly struggling so as not to offend....

@Appleblossom

Hey @mohill What if

one day Sane Forums arranges a get together .. can only ask

my response:

@Appleblossom

a new mission for you......

would be out of this world...

wild horses would not stop me from being there....

what if we all made it happen....

Re: What if?

What what if will be the what if that sets you free from what ifs?

Re: What if?

very clever @Silenus

what if we do not need something to set us free as we are already free...just unaware...

Re: What if?

Hahaha...

What if being too clever for one's own good is the lion's share of the problem?

Re: What if?

Love it, @Former-Member

Indeed... we are free but don't realise it, and so we spend our lives, manufacturing chains of our own design...

Haha...guess who is a Leo?

[Raises hand]

Guilty... I'm a Leo, though I believe in star signs as much as I believe in religion...

Re: What if?

well why am I not surprised...

you have that look about you ....laugh...

I have seen that mask around...what does it symbolise...or is that part of the mystery.

I realise the wearing of an invisible mask which I did for most of my life...

yes astrology ...quite silly...some things do apply though...yet I am a twin...we could not be further apart in personalities...we do both have the same innate side that is mentioned in the leo characteristic..

I am more interested in numerology...I am curious...have we had this conversation before.....seeming deja vu?

Re: What if?

Yes.... seems like a re-play of some past events.. and I am not surprised either.

Laugh has been a gift always... didn't realise when it turned into a mask...
Guess it's always been easier not to show the wounds rathar than show them... or may be could never trust anyone enough. Might be same for you...

My faith had reached beyond astrology and numerology now... there are other signs that share similar characteristics though one being Sagittarius

I had that encounter that triggered this journey little over a year ago... when I stood still in disbelief how dreams sometimes do come true.

They do😊

Re: What if?

Hiya @Former-Member...

The mask is a stylised Guy Fawkes mask, made popular in the movie 'V For Vendetta'...

It stands for a lot of things... mainly, it stands for standing up to the injustices in our societies...

The Occupy movements around the world embraced wearing these Guy Fawkes masks as they protested globalisation and rampant greed of banks and our financial systems...

Kind of funny and ironic (well, I'm probably the only person that got it) - the rights to the Guy Fawkes mask from the movie is owned by Warner Brothers... all of those people protesting globalisation were buying masks from a global entity...

After the Occupy movements, the hacktivist group known as Anonymous took the Guy Fawkes mask on as their symbol of anonymity, fighting injustices whilst protecting their identities...

I like the mask... it says lots about me...

Whenever I do a political compass test (that's one that looks not just at left and right economics like most political spectra, but also at authoritarianism vs libertarianism) I always come out in the bottom left, just about as far as you can go... I'm even more humanist than Ghandi, and a darn site more anarchist too... hahaha...
