I haven't taken the girls to the beach they won't go. Not even to the park.

Oh Karen, that is terrible,
their is no other place you can go? you can't keep this up Karen, it will distroy you Karen, i can already see a huge decline in your MH, i am so scared for your safety.
Karen is this worth the damage it is doing to you, of thousands of Km of Victorian coast line, why their, you could have gone camping with the girls, their are so many other things you can do with them ,even a day trip to the beach.
Karen, please be safe.

Karen, please reconsider going home, you can't keep this up, your mother is old enough to go on holidays on her own?

im just so shaken up. Its like being in shock all the time. The girls are following me everywhere they won't leave me alone. Mum told me I am weak for wanting to leave. That I need to stay and face it running away is not the answer.

Karen you are a god with mechanics :), you should startup a machenics shop for women, you would make a fortune :).
I know you are Karen, as i have told you before, i could nto step foot in that house, i you where my daughter i would have sold it.
The girls see how fragile you are and are very scared Karen, it is doing you and the girls no good staying their.
Your mother is abusing you Karen, even my mother is shocked that your mother can be so cruel, i am sure others on here would agree. your mother has some serious issues, or is trying to make you unwell on purpose, i don't know wich.
You are in shock al lthe time Karen, you are in the place you where violated in and a place where only bad memories exist. you mind has shut down and so has your body. you need to get out of their.

Jacques im so scared of my mum I just do as she says. I know pathetic. Thats one if my problems is I put everyone elses needs ahead of my own. Which affects my health.
there isn't anywhere I can be here that doesn't trigger. Even if I go outside I can see the church where we were married. I can't do this.

KAren you are not pathetic, you are vulnerable, and your mum knows this, i hope you don't mind me saying this, let me know if it is too forward of me, but she has been abusing you worse than your late husband did, by making you relive you trauma over and over.
I don't know what the answer is Karen, i am trying os hard to find a solution, your girls are being traumatised by your mothers selfishness and so are you.
I understand Karen, the whole island is traumatic for you, i just don't know what else i can offer for help, but just be on here and try to comfort you as best i can.
Karen, you where doing so well before Christmas, it is so sad to see your health decline so rapidly, i have seen glimpses of your beautiful nature, the night we chatted about movies, i saw the real Karen, the fun Karen.
