catching up

Well my angel, i am sure it is true for the both of us, it certainly is for me 🙂

Yes it is a little warm, 28 and very humid, maybe it is the humidity getting to me, well the chicken and pork are cooked, and i have made 1 large trifle for mum to take to her friends house, and 6 single serve ones for us through the week. it was so nice licking all the spoons 😄

I knew you would be getting very nervious, that is why i am leaving messages through the day, Karen please remember you are making new nice memories now, the past is gone, focus on the here and now, it is time for you and the girls to enjoy your life, and i will be here to support you all the way.

Oh my Karen, i bet that was hard work, please tell me you wore a broad rim hat? please make sure you wear one, i look like an idiot, but i am not getting burnt for anyone, no matter how silly i look. i am sure you will look beautiful with more freckles, i hae so many of them, maybe i should get them checked out one day. Make sure you put some sorbaline cream on the burns so they don't hurt tomorrow.

It has been a nice relaxing day for me today, just cooking and enjoying the antics of the animals, the neighbour across the road has now 5 birds he feeds 2 times aa day, and now a cat has joined in on the feast, soon he is going to have a zoo their, his hobby is photography so he takes lots of pictures of them, Ms Piggy is very muddy as you would expect, she was getting stuck into her oats when i saw her, she is so cute when she follows the farm hand around. Mr Calf got into trouble for knocking over the grain bag, he was excited and jumping around the farm hand and managed to kick the bag over.

The chickens are clucking away merrily scratchign away at the ground, and the sheep are getting into their usual mess of getting themselves stuck in paddocks they are not ment to be in.

Yes, it was nice to cook some proper food again, i have not done this in a long time. things are settling down, so i hope not much happens now until the new year.

Yes, mum is ok, she is still not eating much, which has me worried, but her legs have come back to normal, all the swelling is gone, we have to be careful with the swelluing because of her diabeties, if it gets infected she can lose the foot.

My angel, i am sure you will manage to put them out in your Elf outfit, look you already have rosey cheeks and everything 😄

My angel please rest up now, you have a big day tomorrow, i hope you can check in fro mtime to time.

Please invest in a good straw hat, mum has one and so do i, they are so much cooler than other hats, as the breeze can go through them.

My angel, you have to wtch that skin of yours, if you are that fair, you have a very high chance of melenoma, please be careful.

Oh yes, i bought a new baking dish to protect the oven and she let me use it, i was so excited, it made the roasts so nice, i opened up the pork deboned it and stuffed it, OMg it is nice.

Yes, it looks like she will enjoy her Christmas, but i think she is just as worried as me about her health, it was a real scare, i think both of us are holding our breath to see what the new year tests will show.

Oh my angel, all children say that, i garentee they will be sound asleep by 9pm, just tell them "santa can't arrive until all the children are asleep", i bet you get a little thrill out of being so sneaky, i would love to do stuff like that, yo uare so lucky Karen 🙂

Tonight, well i just cleaned the shed, bathroom and kitchen, tomorrow, i am going to vacumn, mop the floors and maybe do some dusting, then settle down with my engineering books.

Tonight, i am hoping to talk to my best friend, hoping she will be up for it 🙂 otherwise, just watching the Christmas Carols from the Melbourne Myer Music bowl. listening to some music, and doing some computer stuff.

How about you my angel, how are you holding up? are you worried about tomorrow? i know you are really worried about the rest of it.

One of mum's friends came around today and was horrified to hear i was spending Christmas alone, she could not comprehend i just want to be alone, she kept saying i was going to be lonely? i didn't understand why people can't accept i want to be alone.

Sometimes posts can get lost when we take a while to write a post and the system can log us out. Then when you try to post it, it vanishes because it can't post becaue you're not logged in anymore, and it hasn't been saved either. I've had this happen a few times Could this have happened @hiddenite?
