catching up

Hi My angel,

Well i made it, i was so exhausted when i got home, i was so hyper aware, it is the first time i haave driven of a night in so long, i was so scared.

Karen please be careful with pain medication, i know it has damaged my organs, and i don't want you to have the same, i have ongoing problems, and will do so for the rest of my life, we have enough problems without adding to them, please see your doctor to see if you can reduce the pain medication.

I hope you like the pic, i wanted you to see some of the lights i saw, this was the best of the night, i am so glad i can share it with you.

I really missed you last night, all i wanted to do is talk to you.

I am going to be here today to support you through a rough day, remember minutes and hours, we will walk hand in hand and get you through today, because thats what best friends do, i think i remember someone special saying 🙂

Karen, please make sure you tell your treating team about your plans to go off medication, so they can monitor you closely, i am really worried about you doing this, but i will support you no matter what.

I hope your morning is not too traumatic, and the contractors are not stuffing you around.

My thoughts are with you my angel, you will make it through today, like you have yesterday and the day before.

ren, just take some deep breaths, you can do this, all the what if's will not help, take each moment as it comes, you are strong Karen, listen to what they say, allow the moment to pass.
