Im still here I didn't manage a walk today my knee is too painful. I went and bought some anti inflammatorys to see if that will help. I had ab ex ray done on my knee a couple of weeks ago. It shows that the knee is bone on bone and has arthritis in it.
just confirming that I need a knee replacement.

I wish I could put my head down and sleep im exhausted.

I am sorry to hear your knee is so bad, mum's is bone to bone too, she cries most days from the pain.

I do hope you can rest this afternoon you poor thing, I am really low today, I tried to sleep the day away, but had a massive panic attack at 10am and it is still with me.

Karen, when are you going to get the operation on your knee? This is something you need to do sooner rather than later, the damage and pain will only get worse. I can tell you from mum's experience.

I have missed you so much, I am feeling so lonely today, I don't know why, maybe being so scared and no one to hold me and tell me things will be ok.

Life seems to be a bigger struggle every day, I have a few good days then crash again.

My knee.... I know I should get it done im just scared. It means not being able to drive for a couple of weeks up to six weeks depends on what I have done. Which means mum has to do everything. I don't want to worry the girls.

Karen, I was just thinking it might be an idea to get your knee done before moving into your home, it would be very difficult to get it done when you move in, just a thought.
